By registering for a class, workshop, or coaching session, you agree to follow the policies outlined below. These policies are designed to protect the well-being of everyone in our community and to ensure a productive and respectful experience.

Respect & Etiquette

• All actors, creatives, clients, and participants have the right to a safe, healthy environment—one where people are treated with respect and dignity, and free from bullying, harassment, or judgment.

• 2Atoms has a zero-tolerance policy toward any derogatory behaviour or language directed at members of our community.

• A safe environment fosters growth and learning, and we are committed to protecting this standard.

• We reserve the right to deny working with someone or to ask a participant to leave any class, workshop, or coaching session if they disrespect or break these policies.

Preparation

• We encourage all participants to dedicate time in advance of classes, workshops, or coaching sessions to prepare and review any provided materials.

• The quality of your experience is directly related to the effort you put into your preparation.

Phone & Technological Etiquette

• We value a focused and “ping-free” environment.

• Our phone and technology etiquette will be explained at the beginning of each class, workshop, or session to ensure minimal distractions.

Student & Client Feedback

• While collaboration and encouragement are welcome, unsolicited or negative feedback on another participant’s work or performance will not be tolerated.

• Respectful communication ensures that everyone can grow in a supportive environment.

Waitlist Protocol (Workshops & Classes)

• Spots in classes and workshops are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

• If all spots are filled at the time of your application, your name will be added to the waitlist.

• You will be notified 24–48 hours before the start date if a spot becomes available.

Health & Safety

• If you are experiencing any cold, flu, or illness symptoms, please email us and do not attend in-person classes, workshops, or coaching sessions.

• This policy is in place out of respect for your fellow participants and to ensure a safe environment.

Confidentiality

• Participants must respect the privacy of others.

• Personal information, discussions, and creative work shared during sessions may not be disclosed outside the group without permission.

​

Recording & Media Use

• Participants are welcome to record their own work for personal use.

• Recording or photographing other participants or coaches requires prior permission from those individuals.

• If 2Atoms wishes to take photos or short video clips for promotional purposes, participants will be informed in advance and asked to sign a Media Release Form before any recording or photography takes place.

Punctuality & Attendance

• Please arrive on time for all classes, workshops, and coaching sessions.

• If you are attending a workshop and know you will arrive late, please notify your coach in advance.

• Out of respect for others, if arriving late, wait until a student has finished their work before entering the room.

• Missed portions of a class, workshop, or session due to late arrival cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

Registration Confirmation

• Filling out a registration form does not guarantee a spot in a class or workshop.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your spot has been secured.

• We thank you for your patience and understanding.

Payments & Refunds

• All participation is subject to our Refund Policy. Please review it prior to registering for any class, workshop, or coaching session.

Reporting Concerns

• At 2Atoms, your safety and well-being are a priority.

• If you experience or witness any behaviour that is distressing, disrespectful, discriminatory, or could be considered bullying or harassment, please reach out to us immediately.

• All concerns will be taken seriously and addressed with confidentiality and care.
