At 2Atoms, we strive to provide a fair and transparent approach to payments and refunds for our workshops and coaching services.

Workshops

• A full refund will be issued if you request a cancellation at least 3 days before the scheduled workshop.

• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the workshop are non-refundable.

• Once a workshop has been attended, it is not eligible for a refund.

• Transfers: If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant, provided you notify us by email before the day of the workshop.

Coaching Sessions

• Coaching sessions are paid for after each session.

• Since payment occurs after delivery, refunds do not apply.

Cancellations by 2Atoms

If we must cancel a workshop or coaching session, all participants will receive a full refund.

Additional Terms

• Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the policies of your payment provider.

• Late Arrivals & Partial Attendance: Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or partial attendance.

• Extraordinary Circumstances: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather, emergencies, or government restrictions), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop or session. In such cases, participants will be offered either a full refund or be scheduled to the following workshop date.
