2Atoms Productions is a Canadian multimedia production company dedicated to bold storytelling and authentic performance. Founded by Alexandra Augustine and Nick Hunter, 2Atoms curates original works—from skits and shorts to feature scripts and filmed content—while placing actor development at the heart of its creative process. Through in-depth coaching and mentorship, the company creates space for performers to explore vulnerability, take risks, and connect deeply to their truth. Whether behind the camera or in the rehearsal room, 2Atoms seeks to provoke a nuclear reaction in the arts by fostering raw, resonant performances and pushing the boundaries of creative expression across multiple mediums.

The Story Behind the Name

In 2006, Nick and Alexandra walked into their very first drama class at Nepean High School.

That day, their teacher introduced a game called “Atoms” — when she called out a number, the students had to quickly form groups of that size.
“Atom of 6.”
“Atom of 4.”
And then came: “Atom of 2.”

Nick and Alexandra found themselves face to face for the very first time. What their teacher didn’t know was that she had sparked a chain reaction — one that, seventeen years later, would lead to the creation of 2Atoms.
