Private coaching sessions are available for actors preparing for auditions, self-tapes, or wanting to explore material in a focused, individualized setting.

​

These sessions offer the flexibility to either tape the audition with a coach or rehearse and refine the work ahead of a remote audition or self-tape on your own time.

​​

Coaching is booked by request via email during business hours.

(Mon-Sunday 10AM - 9PM)

 

While we can’t guarantee availability due to varying coach schedules, we’ll always do our best to accommodate your request. To increase the chance of securing a session, we recommend reaching out as early as possible.

How to Book a Private Coaching Session

  1. Email us at 2atomsproductions@gmail.com

  2. In the subject line "Private Coaching Request {Date} 

  3. In the body of the email make sure you send us the following information: ​

    1. Your name​

    2. The date you would like to coach (feel free to give us a time that works for your and we will try and accommodate)

    3. How long a session you will require (30,60 or 90 min)

    4. Do you require Tape Editing?

    5. What you will be coaching for

    6. The breakdown, details and sides/script of the project

Please note: In order to respect all of our students additional time cannot be booked once the session has started.

EXPECTATIONS

FOR YOUR COACHING SESSION

To get the most out of your coaching session, please arrive on time and come prepared with any materials you plan to work on—this includes audition sides, monologues, scenes, or anything else you'd like to explore.

 

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time, so preparation ensures that every minute is focused and productive.

​

For online sessions, it's important that you are familiar with your own tech setup and ready to record on your end. This includes having a stable internet connection, working camera/mic, appropriate framing. While coaches can't take responsibility for technical issues on your side, we’ll always do whatever we can to help make the online experience as smooth as possible.

​

If you're unsure how to properly set up for self-taping or online coaching, we recommend booking a Career Chat in advance—this can be used to walk through your setup and make sure you're ready to go.

​

If you need to reschedule or are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that missed sessions without notice will be charged at the full rate, as that time has been set aside specifically for you.

CAREER CHATS

Online

Headshot/Resume Assessment....................$150 + HST

​This is a 60 minute session that can be done in person or online. This must be booked at least 5 days in advance so that our coaches can look at your proofs or resume in advance of your meeting. 

​

Online Taping Set Up......................$90 +HST
​This is a 60 minute session where your coach will meet with you online and view your current set up, give you notes and help you arrange an easy and online taping and auditioning set up.

Career Chats are one-on-one sessions designed to support actors beyond the craft—focusing on the business, strategy, and mindset behind a successful career.

 

These sessions offer a chance to speak directly with an experienced coach about your goals, challenges, and next steps. Whether you're just starting out, feeling stuck, or planning a pivot, Career Chats provide space to ask questions, gain clarity, and receive honest, supportive guidance.

​

Topics may include agent/manager relationships, self-submissions, building a reel, branding, audition strategy, navigating the industry, setting achievable goals, and more.

 

These sessions can also be used to review headshots, resumes, or even walk through self-tape/Zoom setups to make sure you're technically prepared.

​

Perfect for actors at any stage, Career Chats are a chance to take a step back, assess the bigger picture, and move forward with more confidence and direction.
